Microwave 800w:

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid and place in the microwave > cook on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds > peel back film and stir > re cover lid and heat for a further 2 minutes.

Carefully remove the film and stir, leave to stand for 2 minutes.

Microwave 800w: from frozen

Pierce film lid and place in the microwave > cook on full power for 5 minutes > peel back film and stir > re cover and heat for a further 3 minutes 30 seconds.
