These are only guidelines, adjust times and temperature accordingly to your appliance instructions. Ensure food is piping hot before eating. Suitable for home freezing on day of delivery. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted, cook within 24 hours.

Oven: 25 minutes
170˚C Fan/ 180˚C Electric/ Gas mark 5

Pre-heat oven > remove sleeve and pierce film > place on a baking tray > carefully remove film and stir.

Microwave 850w:
Remove sleeve and pierce film > cook for 3 minutes > carefully remove film and stir > place film back on the dish and cook for a further 2 minutes > carefully remove the film and stir > leave to stand for 2 minutes.

Suitable for home freezing on the day of delivery.

Consume within 3 months.
